Workshop Terms and Conditions

Prices quoted for servicing work do not allow for repairs or remedial work that may be required, unless they are minor and can he completed within the time allocated for the service.

Additional Work

It is more effective that remedial repairs are carried out at the time of the service when the touring caravan is in the workshop. If the service reveals faults that effect safety (e.g. problems with the tyres), Conwy Touring Park will attempt to contact you. However, in the event that you can not be reached Conwy Touring Park will continue with the necessary work. This work will not be covered in the service charge and additional charges may be incurred.

In the event whereby there is additional work required that is (a) less urgent (b) more expensive, the work will not be carried out without prior customer consent.

Quotes

Quotes for repairs or remedial work cannot be provided, as it is not possible to predict exactly how long a job will take. Although an estimate can be provided as a guide and this may be subject to change.

Winter Drain Down Service

Although the drain down service will greatly reduce the risk of frost and freezing damage; the results of frost and freezing damage remain wholly the responsibility of the caravan owner.

Payment

All work will be invoiced on completion and payment is required with the presentation of invoices. Any outstanding invoices over 28 days or more may incur additional charges, which may vary.

Keys

In order to complete the work, it is essential that we have a full set of keys to access your touring caravan.

Details of Touring Caravan

Full details of the touring caravan will need to be given at the time of the booking of the service. Services cannot be booked without this information.

CALL OUT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Call Out Fees include arrival to pitch and the first 15 minutes advice or remedial work.

Additional time will be charged at £32.00 per hour or £8.00 per 15 minutes payable on completion of work
